For the third time in 2027, Tom Herbert and I are hosting a small group of leaders, change-makers and entrepreneurs to gather in Devon for a unique, carefully curated, co-created retreat in nature.

What happens in these spaces is hard to describe - not because it is vague, but because it's a different kind of experience than many people are used to.  It's an invitation to participate, to take your own needs seriously, to have fun, and to dare to shape our time together through what you want to give and receive.

Partly because of what's so hard to capture in words - this year we're inviting an artist to be with us: not to document or to produce assets, but to help us notice more, to help us see and tell the story of what takes place as we gather.

For 2027, we are opening the residency to one artist - visual, audio, writer, poet - an artist of any discipline. In future years, we hope to welcome more - a growing chorus of witnesses. This is the just beginning.
