"Partnering leaders and teams to thrive on purpose, develop their potential, and achieve lasting impact."

Team Coaching, Facilitation & Leadership Development
We've been busy doing this work since 2012. We've made important friends along the way - some of whom have shared their experience at https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.withdiversity.com

Who we work with
-
Senior teams who are leading the way
Maybe there's been some drift, some unspoken conflict, or you've just been outpaced by change. You know you need to regroup, you know you need to step back from the urgent and invest in the quality of your connection, appreciate your strengths, and see more clearly where you need to go next. Or maybe you just need a skilful partner without their own agenda to help you have the conversations you need to have.
-
Evolving style to lead at scale
Or maybe you've scaled to the point where you know your leadership and management capability needs an upgrade. You need everyone on board to help drive momentum, and you need shared language and practices that travel through the whole organisation.
-
Team culture and cohesion
Or maybe you're clear on vision, but ways of working needs attention. You need alignment and ownership that goes deeper than agreement - that changes how people actually show up.
"Outside-in, and future-back"
- Peter Hawkins
Teams exist to create value beyond themselves.
As we consider how we can improve our performance, we also need to think systemically about who we exist in service of - the diverse community of stakeholders who live beyond the team, and beyond the time. Some describe this as 'outside-in and future-back': asking,
'what do those outside the team want and need from us?' and
'what will the world of tomorrow need us to become?'
Is your vision fit for purpose?
A team's vision needs to be clear, compelling and vivid. It must resonate. It must create such a painful gap between current reality and the longed-for future state, that it compels action. It mobilises us. It aligns efforts. And it beckons others to join in.
In 'The Infinite Game', Simon Sinek presents 5 qualities required for an organisational vision to be potent enough to produce results. How do you score?
"A world where creativity thrives,
and relationships multiply possibilities;
Where together we learn and succeed to shape what comes next."

Vision

What this looks like in practice
-
Senior leadership alignment - partnering leadership teams to think and communicate better, to update behaviours, play to their strengths, and more effectively serve the organisation.
-
Leadership development programmes - facilitating leadership learning that combines bitesize theory, personal reflection, and positive peer support to experiment with new behaviours in your leadership context.
-
Facilitated team days - 1-3 days, or series of sessions, designed around what your team most needs: surfacing shared purpose, honest conversation, clarity on roles and accountability, or working through 'creative controversy' with skill and care.

Are your team focused on the right priorities?
A team's mission - what you do to move towards your vision - must be broken down into clear, focused objectives. We call these landmarks on the way to success 'milestones' - and these milestones should be meaningful, memorable and measurable, so much so that everyone in the team should know them, and feel that they're 'pulling together' to achieve them.

The philosophy behind the work
The most common failure in leadership development is the gap between what is espoused and what is practised. A minority of people articulate an inspiring vision for culture. The day to day behaviours of the team tell a different story. Employees notice. Trust erodes.
'With' works from the inside out. The goal is not to give leaders new frameworks to perform. It is to help them let go of the identities and habits that are capping the potential of everyone around them - and to lead from a place of greater presence, honesty, and genuine care for the people they serve.
How we lead is how we unleash — or limit — the potential in those we lead.
