Who we work with

  • For senior teams that are leading the way: Maybe there's been some drift, some unspoken conflict, or you've just been outpaced by change. You know you need to regroup and need help remembering your strengths, and seeing where you need to go next.  Or you might be a team that's thriving, wanting to 'make hay whilst the sun is shining', and know skillful, external support can help everyone in the team show up more cretively. 

  • Evolving style for leading at scale: Or you've scaled to the point where leadership and management capability needs to be more widely and consistently distributed. The founders can't carry the culture alone anymore. You need everyone to help drive momentum, and you need shared language and practices that travel through the whole organisation.

  • Team culture and cohesion: You're clear on vision, but ways of working needs attention. The day to day behaviours of leaders are undermining efforts. You need alignment that goes deeper than agreement — that changes how people actually show up.

What this looks like in practice

  • Facilitated team days — a single day or series of sessions designed around what your team most needs: surfacing shared purpose, honest conversation, clarity on roles and accountability, or working through 'creative controversy' with skill and care.

  • Leadership development programmes — a six to twelve month engagement for leadership teams or cohorts of managers, combining peer learning, coaching practice, and the kind of reflective leadership development that builds lasting capability rather than short-term behaviour change.

 

  • Senior leadership alignment — a focused engagement for executive teams navigating culture, values, and ways of working: helping leadership teams become the living embodiment of the culture they're trying to build, rather than its biggest obstacle.

The philosophy behind the work

The most common failure in leadership development is the gap between what is espoused and what is practised. A minority of people articulate an inspiring vision for culture. The day to day behaviours of the team tell a different story. Employees notice. Trust erodes.

'With' works from the inside out. The goal is not to give leaders new frameworks to perform. It is to help them let go of the identities and habits that are capping the potential of everyone around them - and to lead from a place of greater presence, honesty, and genuine care for the people they serve.

How we lead is how we unleash — or limit — the potential in those we lead.

Before you book a call...

Before we speak, it's worth sitting with three questions:

  1. What would good look like? If this engagement delivered everything you hoped for, what would be different — in your team, your culture, your organisation's capacity to deliver on its mission?

  2. How would you know it had been valuable? What are the signals — in behaviour, in relationships, in results — that would tell you this had been worth it?

  3. What's the cost of not doing this? What continues to underperform, stay stuck, or quietly drain energy from your organisation if nothing changes?

 

You don't need answers before we speak. But having sat with the questions will make our first conversation richer.
