About 'With'
Inspired by nature
Something extraordinary happens beneath the surface of a healthy forest.
Invisible to the eye, mycelial threads weave through the soil — connecting tree to tree, organism to organism, passing nutrients, signals, life itself through an ancient network. The trees don't build this network. They are overflow from life beneath the surface.
With whispers that something similar is true for us.
The connections are already there.
The wisdom, the allies, the resources, the possibility — none of it is absent.
But somewhere in the noise of social fracture, and the pressure of operating in competitive markets, the flow gets interrupted. We become desensitised to the isolation. Loneliness becomes normal. The potential in the soil goes to waste.
Given the right conditions, we can tune in to what's moving, again: the wind in the trees, the invitation to join in. We call this inspiration — from inspirare, to breathe into. It's less about mustering something up, and more about positioning ourselves to receive.
'With' is about calling us back into the abundance, into this experience of aliveness — and making decisions from that place.
What we do

The philosophy
The most generative thing a leader can do is create the conditions for others to flourish.
That sounds simple. It isn't. Because most of us arrive at leadership carrying baggage that eventually gets in the way. The higher we climb, the more they quietly cap the potential of those around us.
