2. Partners In Purpose Coaching Circle
Partners In Purpose (Pip) is a peer to peer coaching community of inspiring leaders. Through regular online meetings, and bi-annual face to face days, this group of changemakers champion each others' growth as we work in different sectors to create meaningful change.
1. Be Inspired
Gather with other mission-driven pioneers who are working to acheive meaningful change. In the coaching circle we share the highs and lows, the successes and the challenges, and support each other to find the best way forward.
3. Gain Vital Insights
We don't come to offer one another advice, but rather to hold the space, be present and curious, to listen and ask questions. In the conditions of trust, new insights are surfaced and alternative perspectives can be heard.
2. Step Out of 'The Weeds'
One of the biggest challenges most leaders have is making time to step back from the urgent and invest in the important. The discipline of meeting for coaching regurlarly makes time for reflection and accessing 'the helicopter view'.
4. Coach and be coached
Working for change can be tiring and lonely. The confidential nature of the coaching circle means it's a space to meet with kindred spirits, and be resourced.
