one to one coaching: thinking partnership for founders and CEOs with vision
Coaching conversations are confidential, so what happens inside them is secret. However, a few kind coaching clients have submitted trustpilot reviews at https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.withdiversity.com to give potential future clients the confidence they might need to commit to this rewarding relationship.
The higher you go, the fewer people there are to help you think and get perspective on the complex, uncertain, and sometimes stressful combination of fulfilling your role. This is not about advising you what to do, but better understanding yourself and what the context needs, and partnering you to rise to meet it.

Who this is for - effort needs a 'why'

This is not about tactics. This is about ongoing transformation in the service of purpose.

What we might work on together

-
Tough decisions you're struggling to get clear on
-
Leadership challenges and opportunities showing up right now in your business context
-
Patterns and behaviours that may be limiting the potential of your leadership, your team, and organisational impact
-
What it looks like for you to lead more authentically, sustainably, and in a way that calls more of the best in those around you

How it works

Coaching with us is a relationship of partnership — unhurried, honest, and built on trust over time. Sessions are typically monthly, in person where possible, in nature where available. The work goes as deep as it needs to.

Engagements usually run for six to twelve months, with opportunities to review and update the aims as we go.

Before we speak

One of the simplest and best coaching questions is this: what would good look like?
-
What would good look like for your personal health, happiness and wellbeing?
-
What would good look like for your family, your team? Your organisation, your impact?
-
And what's the cost of inaction? What happens if nothing changes? What's the shift you need?

You don't need answers before we speak. But having sat with the questions will make our first conversation richer.
