How it works

​

Coaching with us is a relationship of partnership — unhurried, honest, and built on trust over time. Sessions are typically monthly, in person where possible, in nature where available. The work goes as deep as it needs to.

Engagements usually run for six to twelve months, with opportunities to review and update the aims as we go.

Before we speak

​

One of the simplest and best coaching questions is this: what would good look like? 

 

  1. What would good look like for your personal health, happiness and wellbeing? 

  2. What would good look like for your family, your team? Your organisation, your impact?

  3. And what's the cost of inaction?  What happens if nothing changes?  What's the shift you need?

You don't need answers before we speak. But having sat with the questions will make our first conversation richer.
