2. Clear roles: I have a clear understanding of what my unique contribution is to the collective task, what good looks like, how this is measured, and how often it's reviewed.
3. Learning and growth: I get supported by the wider team to play to my strengths and develop the knowledge and skills I need to be successful.
4. Confidence to contribute: I feel confident to take responsibility for initiating changes in key areas that matter to me..
